SHOW TIMES

MAIN STAGE / 2^ND STAGE: THU, FRI, SAT at 7:30 PM. SUN at 2 PM.
YOUTH THEATRE: THU, FRI, SAT at 7 PM. SAT & SUN at 2 PM.

• Doors open one hour before show time for Walk-in Sales and Will Call (tickets held at box office window).
• Seating begins ½ hour before show time.
• The show box office / Will Call is located inside the theatre, directly across from the patron entrance.

Ways to Buy Tickets

Online 24x7 at stagecrafters.org

• All INDIVIDUAL tickets on sale beginning July 8, 2025

Group Ticket Sales

Groups of 20 or more are eligible for fee-free tickets. Call our office for personalized service to speak with Paulette Petrimoulx at 248-541-6430, M – F, 10AM – 2PM. Reserve show date in advance; Final count confirmed two months in advance of show-open date; Final payment is due one month before show-open date. Sorry, no refunds on group tickets.

Accessible Seating / Special Needs

• Our Main Stage auditorium is barrier-free, though our 2^nd Stage auditorium is not. Main Stage accessible seating must be reserved in advance. To find out more, please follow this link to view the information about ACCESSIBITY on our THEATRE INFO & POLICIES page.
• The Main Stage is equipped with an infrared assisted listening system for our hearing-impaired patrons. Please check with an usher upon arrival.
  Note: As of 2025, our assistive listening devices are under review. We are hoping to upgrade our system. Please call the office at 248.541.6430 or email tickets@stagecrafters.org for updates.

[G] Appropriate for all ages

[PG] Parental Guidance.  May include some violence, mildly suggestive material, or mild profanity.

[PG-13] Parental Guidance under 13 yrs. May include violence, adult situations, and profanity.

[M] Mature content. May include violence, profanity, sexual situations, drug/alcohol use, nudity.

Please note: After purchase, we do not issue refunds due to any objections over show content.

Ticket Policies

Ticket Refunds

Sorry, we do not refund tickets, but we encourage you to share your tickets with others if you cannot make the show. You can also donate your tickets back to our nonprofit organization (donation receipts available upon request).

Ticket Exchanges

Available ONLY to Season Subscribers. Subscribers: Please call 248-541-6430 and leave a message, or email tickets@stagecrafters.org with your ticket exchange requests.

Illness

Please leave a message with your name and ticket order number at least 4 hours in advance of show. If notified within 4 hours in advance of the show time, we may be able to exchange your ticket to another date within the show's run. (Not transferable to other shows or seasons.)

Sharing your unused tickets

Please know that you can give your tickets to another person for use, or you may allow another person to pick up your tickets at Will Call, even if they are held under your name. IDs are not required to pick up tickets. You may also donate your tickets back to our nonprofit organization.

Lost or forgot your tickets?

No problem! If you lose or forget your tickets, we can look up your seats at the theatre when you arrive.

Show Cancellation

Should Stagecrafters have to cancel performances due to inclement weather, or for any other reason, we will make every effort to contact you as soon as the cancellation is official. We will email or call you, and we will post cancellations on social media. Please make sure we have accurate contact info for you. We will keep you posted on the next steps (rescheduled show, refunds, etc.) as soon as possible!
