Due to the impending winter storm, we have cancelled Friday night's performance of The Jungle Book. It is rescheduled for Sunday, March 5 at 6pm.
Your Friday night tickets will be good for the Sunday evening show. We are shifting the date only, all seats remain the same.
If you are unable to attend the new show date, please leave a message with the Box Office or email tickets@stagecrafters.org and let us know if you would prefer a refund, exchange to Saturday night's show, or a voucher for use at future shows.
All other shows will run as scheduled.
Raised by wolves, Mowgli grows up believing she's as fierce a wolf as any of the members of her pack. When she learns she is actually a human, she must decide whether to remain with the pack, or return to the human world from which she was born. What will she choose? And will she be trained in the Law of the Jungle in time to defeat Shere Khan, the most feared animal of all?
Running time: approx. 1 hr, 15 min
Produced by special arrangement with Playscripts, Inc. (www.playscripts.com)
A note to patrons of our youth shows: The Jungle Book is presented by youths, ages 8 -18. For the enjoyment of our patrons, we request that only children age 3 and older attend our performances and that children have their own seat, whether or not they end up on a lap. Those under the age of 3 and babes-in-arms will be asked to leave to prevent disruptions to the performance. Also, for our little patrons, you may bring your own seat cushions or borrow ours at the theatre! We thank you kindly for your cooperation.
AT THE SHOW:
All lobby sales of concessions and show-related items benefit our youth scholarship program. Stagecrafters Youth Theatre is proud to award scholarships to graduating high school seniors who have been active in the youth theatre program and have gone through the application process for the DeRita McNie Youth Scholarship award. These exemplary youths have demonstrated their dedication and volunteerism in the many roles they have played, onstage and/or behind the scenes as tech kids. Their names are announced during one of the summer SYT shows, when tribute is paid to all of our graduating seniors. We appreciate any support you may offer to this outstanding program.Stagecrafters is committed to protecting the health and safety of all who work and play at the Baldwin Theatre.
