REFUNDS: We do not refund tickets, but we encourage you to share your tickets with others if you cannot make the show.

SHOW CANCELLATION: Should Stagecrafters have to cancel performances due to inclement weather, or for any other reason, we will make every effort to contact you as soon as the cancellation is official. We will email or call you, and we will post cancellations on Facebook. Please make sure we have accurate contact info for you. If the date is rescheduled

LOST OR FORGOT YOUR TICKETS? No problem! If you lose or forget your tickets, we can look up your seats at the theatre when you arrive.

LATE ARRIVALS: MAIN STAGE & YOUTH THEATRE: After the performance has started, ticketholders will be seated at the discretion of the house manager. 2ND STAGE: Due to the intimacy of the theatre and the proximity of the stage to the seating area, there will be NO LATE SEATING. We do not offer refunds due to late arrival.

CHILDREN: We consider most Stagecrafters Youth Theatre shows appropriate for children above the age of three, unless otherwise noted. We kindly ask that you leave children under age three at home. All children must have their own seat. Sorry, no babes in arms.

Some Main Stage productions are NOT suitable for children. Please check the show’s rating, and thoroughly research the show online before purchasing a ticket for your child, so you can make an informed decision about whether or not the show is suitable for your child. You may also call or email us.

NOTE: IF a refund is issued for any reason, Stagecrafters reserves the right to retain the $3 fee per ticket to defray associated processing charges and fees.
