I have a conflict…can I exchange my ticket for another date?

We know how unpredictable schedules can be but we cannot exchange tickets for individual purchases.

Ticket exchange is an exclusive benefit for our season ticket subscribers. Season ticket subscribers may exchange their tickets for another performance depending upon availability.  One exchange per show.  Please note that subscribers must surrender their original tickets by mail or in person.  Exchanges are subject to availability - we’ll try to match your new seats to your original tickets, but cannot guarantee an exact switch.
